The La Jaquita Sector is a developable land with mixed residential/tourist use. It is located to the northwest of the urban land of the Alcalá centre, adjoining thereto. According to the criteria and objectives of an urban planning nature, it should enable an improved qualification of the tourist accommodation offer. It hence concentrated said tourism activity into a single plot for tourist use where a five-star hotel was finally developed. A recreational facility has been created as a complementary facility linked to the accommodation activity, while the open areas were located along a wide strip on the coast. The great beauty of the rocky geoforms nearby areas can be contemplated from these areas.
