CODERCH URBANISMO Y ARQUITECTURA SLP is a company with a family feel and extensive experience that was founded in Tenerife in 2002.

We work in urban planning and management, as well as on architecture and landscaping projects. We provide added value by comprehensively addressing different projects from a multidisciplinary and sustainable perspective.

Our philosophy to our work implies professionalism, precision, reliability, commitment, and loyalty to the client – essential values to successfully complete the plans and projects we undertake.

We have drafted numerous urban planning and management documents, including six approved general urban planning schemes – something which stands as a testament to our effectiveness. Several of our projects have obtained different awards and special recognitions from organisations in the fields of architecture, engineering, and tourism.

We devote a great effort to the input phase (A. Zaera) that precedes any urban planning or architectural project process. We do so through an exhaustive analysis of the complete context, urban information, environmental sustainability, topographic conditions, and landscaping and environmental values to be upheld/preserved – fauna, flora, geomorphology, cultural heritage, etc.

On a project scale, we prioritise the value of the place and the fit of the piece as a whole. In addition, we persevere in design criteria that include the adaptation to and mitigation of the effects of climate change, as well as maximum energy efficiency.

The increasingly complex nature of urban plans and architectural projects make the quality and precision of the work we produce essential – whether it is to guarantee the legal certainty of our planning scheme or the budgetary control of the construction work.

We encourage active participation and a collaborative spirit with our clients, custom defining the requirements and/or planning objectives to suit them in order to precisely establish our goals. We aspire to “be helpful without being servile” (O. Bohigas).
