URBAN PLANNING: the company has drafted the general urban planning schemes for several municipalities of the Canary Islands, specifically on the Islands of Tenerife, Garachico, Guía de Isora, Granadilla, Adeje…), La Gomera (San Sebastián), Lanzarote (Yaiza, Tinajo, and Fuerteventura (Pájara, currently being drafted). This includes the corresponding environmental assessment, assessment of natural risks, the heritage protection catalogue, and mobility studies. In addition, the company has drafted extensive partial and special urban planning documents (Special Plan for the Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Special Plan for the Historic District of San Sebastián de La Gomera, etc.), as well as urban planning management, detailed engineering studies, etc. Likewise, we have provided advice and consultancy services on all matters related to this professional field.

ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPING: some of our public space projects have received different awards, such as the LA JAQUITA BEACH AND COVE CONDITIONING project and the TORRES DE TACO URBAN PARK project. In terms of building construction and in addition to the execution of collective and single-family housing projects, we are specialised in buildings for tourist use. It is worth highlighting the 5-star apartment complexes built for the luxurious Abama hotel chain called LAS TERRAZAS DE ABAMA (finished in 2019 and awarded in 2020 with the “Spain’s Leading Resort”, awarded in 2021 by the World Travel Awards).
