CODERCH URBANISMO Y ARQUITECTURA SLP has a permanent team with extensive experience plus a stable network of multidisciplinary collaborators specialises in urban planning and environmental sciences (biologists, geographers, historians, economists, etc.) and in project drafting (technical architects, civil engineers, industrial engineers, agronomists, telecommunications engineers, etc.). This allows us to establish a continuous and enriching dialogue in which many different areas of knowledge overlap.
Architect (1999) and Landscaper (2003). He studied at the Higher School of Architecture of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and holds a Master in Urban Planning Law from the University of La Laguna (2008). He has worked with several offices in Tenerife and Barcelona (1999-02). He coordinates the Architecture and Landscaping division and Works Management. Likewise, he specialises in the environmental evaluation of planning.

Town planner and architect. He studied at the Higher School of Architecture of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (1984). He has worked on his own and in collaboration with lawyer Fernando Senante Mascareño (1995-2002). He was a member and technical secretary of the Association of Architects (Tenerife-Gomera-Hierro) and is an advisor to the Canarian Federation of Municipalities. He is currently acting as the Director of the company’s Urban Planning division.

Architect. He studied at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (2002) and holds a Master in Urban Planning Law from the University of La Laguna (2008). He has collaborated with offices in Tenerife. In the area of urban planning, he is a specialist in Historical Heritage, also participating in the Architecture and Landscaping and Works Management divisions.

He has collaborated with Coderch-Senante (1995-2002) and in various architecture and urban planning firms, being a Business Tutor at the comprehensive School of Geneto, Tenerife since 2011.

Architectural Technician. He studied at the University of La Laguna (1991) and holds a Building Engineer degree from the European University of Madrid (2009). He worked as a site manager in the construction sector (1994-99). Since then, has collaborated with various architecture studios in matters related with quotes and budgets, works execution management, and health and safety matters.
