The Northwest Residential Sector area is located in the core of San Isidro. This partial zoning plan is for characteristic residential use. Its objectives aim to articulate and structure the urban northwest of San Isidro, taking into account a large amount of public land, and foreseeing a large urban park, sports facilities while allocating 40% of the total buildable area for subsidised housing.
