The initial fast and spontaneous urban growth of San Isidro (where agriculture and tourism work population lives) meant serious deficiencies in the functionality of the urban centre. It was subsequently zoned to provide proper services: road systems, open areas, and other facilities. The culmination of a large number of urban planning management processes (El Saltadero, Carretera de Chimiche B, Chuchurumbache, Hinojeros, Campo de Fútbol, etc.) enabled to secure land and carry out the necessary works for the overall improvement of the neighbourhood.
