The requirements called for a two-bedroom, single-family home to be built on one floor with a maximum built area of 140 square metres and with a sloping ceramic tile roof in accordance with urban planning constraints.
The house is configured in an ‘L’ shape, with its exterior sides to the street facing north and featuring a very contained arrangement of windows. Noteworthy is the aluminium panel that marks the side entrance to the house. The rooms turn towards the interior of the ‘L,’ seeking the best orientation towards the south and offering the best views of the large orchard that the plot has.
